Halvik is seeking a full-time Sr Application Developer with a specialization in Microsoft Azure and M365.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Software Developer, Applications (Senior) shall perform system design, engineering, and integration under the guidance of OCIO. Provide leadership in the execution of major efforts in the translation of a system, subsystem, program, project, or activity concept into a preliminary and detailed design, perform risk identification, analysis, and mitigation, and then integrating the various components to produce a working prototype or model of the system. Also, may manage and oversee projects covered under this acquisition to include project plans and schedules showing the milestones for deliverables. Software development work shall be performed in accordance with ITA ITSM standards. In addition, the Senior Software Developer is ultimately responsible for the effective deployment using a modified agile process.

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

• Bachelor's Degree (Direct and relevant experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.)
• Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government NACI Clearance
• 5+ years' experience in Software Development environments
• AZ-204 Microsoft Azure Developer Associate
• PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate
• Ability to obtain a NACI background clearance
