Halvik is seeking an Engagement Manager for a long term role.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Engagement Manager shall manage and oversee team efforts covered under this acquisition to include developing plans and schedules showing the milestones for deliverables, providing status updates to the Government, and delivering product artifacts and information on time. The Engagement is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of team efforts. The Engagement Manager also ensures consistency with desired ITA strategy, commitments, and goals. The Engagement Manager is ultimately responsible for the performance of all deliverables as well as management of related tasks. The Engagement Manager shall be responsible for effective team execution using an agile methodology approach and process. In addition, the Engagement Manager shall ensure that all documentation and artifacts, including software code, adhere to OPM Information Technology Systems Manager (ITSM) standards.

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

• Bachelor's Degree (Direct and relevant experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.)
• 5+ years' experience
• Ability to obtain a NACI background clearance
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC)
• Professional Scrum Master™
• Certified Tester Foundation Level certificate (CTFL) v4.0
