Responsibilities: Develops detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies for cybersecurity initiatives. Facilitates meetings, provides clear communication, and ensures the timely completion of project milestones. Ensures all team members are aware of and executing their responsibilities effectively. Coordinates cybersecurity risk assessments and manage risk mitigation plans. Ensures all cybersecurity projects comply with applicable standards, policies, and procedures. Provides regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and compliance status. Prepares and presents detailed project status reports. Maintains up-to-date documentation of project plans and risks. Subtask Areas within 6.2

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (must include MS Project and Project Web App), Adobe, and SharePoint.
    • Manage large amounts of complex information.
    • Prioritize and manage actions to meet deadlines and requirements in a high volume, high stress environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Solve problems through systematic analysis of processes.
    • Self-motivated, able to work both in a team and independently.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Highly responsive and discreet with confidential information.
  • Three or more years of experience supporting an Enterprise SOC
