Halvik Corp is seeking an Account Manager to deliver growth in Halvik's emerging accounts. The Account Manager will be accountable for overall pipeline health for the Account, will own Account/Customer segment account strategies and plans, own recompete capture plans working directly with the Manager of the incumbent work as Capture Lead, and identify and develop specific new business opportunities through the full opportunity life cycle up to start of execution.
What You Will Do:
- Achieve account growth targets.
- Maintain overall health of the Account pipeline in line with Halvik pipeline metrics.
- Manage revenue forecast for the account.
- Lead and organize key Halvik contributors to achieve account goals; lead through influence, few (or no) direct reports.
- Act as ultimate owner of each opportunity within the account, accountable for the full-life cycle of opportunity activities (identification through award).
- Assign appropriate Capture Manager for every opportunity being actively pursued
- Ensure Halvik is viewed as a strategic partner of the Account customer.
- Develop strategic partnerships as needed to further account goals.
- Maintain close working relationships with Service Delivery personnel to ensure successful delivery of work within the Account.

- Remain engaged with current customers to understand issues, risks, successes, evolving needs, etc., and relay or reinforce those with delivery teams.
- Actively engage with delivery teams to ensure awareness of how work serves broader Account strategies and goals.
- Support delivery in a consulting capacity to the Delivery and Service Line managers and their management teams to prioritize and guide efforts accordingly.
- Provide overall strategic guidance for assigned customer segments.
- Where possible, identify appropriate Customer Segments to be discretely managed by a Customer Segment Lead.
- Participate in the identification and assignment of appropriate Halvik resources to serve as Customer Segment Leads.

- Ensuring good relationship with key segment personnel.

What You Need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting the full life cycle of opportunities from capture through final award, including capture planning and execution, proposal development, and bid negotiations.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing account strategies and tactics to successfully grow an account.
- 10+ years of experience and understanding of federal services contracting.
- 10+ years of demonstrated success leading teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal.
- Track record leading the performance and delivery of tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all program requirements.
