We are seeking a Mid-Level Penetration Tester is responsible for evaluating the security of an organization's systems, networks, applications, and cloud environments by simulating advanced cyberattacks, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing actionable risk assessments. This role involves planning and executing penetration testing engagements, including red teaming, vulnerability scanning, exploitation, and post-exploitation analysis, using a mix of manual techniques and industry-standard tools. The tester collaborates closely with IT and security teams to scope projects, document findings, and deliver clear remediation guidance suited for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong communication, analytical, and hands-on technical skills are essential, as is a commitment to ongoing learning in the evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Minimum Years of Experience:

• At least 3 years in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security roles
