Role Summary
This role provides critical legacy expertise to validate the accuracy of migrated functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret legacy COBOL, JCL, and batch logic
- Validate functional behavior of converted Java code
- Assist with defect analysis involving legacy behavior
- Advise teams on historical system nuances and edge cases
Clearance: Secret
Location: Remote
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Years of Experience: 12+ years in mainframe application development
